Separate the tasks
We identify which questions fall within each field of specialist knowledge.
We combine construction, goods, technical equipment, engineering and IT studies to address interrelated questions in a single dispute.
A defect may depend simultaneously on material quality, installation methods, the operation of building systems and operating conditions.
We identify which questions fall within each field of specialist knowledge.
We establish a shared list of objects, documents and source data.
We compare the results while respecting the limits of each specialist's competence.
The scope is determined by the objects, questions and causal link to be examined, rather than the label given to the dispute.
If all questions concern a single field of knowledge, increasing the number of specialists does not in itself make a study multidisciplinary.
Examination ordered by a court ruling or decision, involving experts from different specialties.
For a claim, negotiations, preparation of a legal position or a future motion.
Distinguishing a material or product defect from deficiencies in construction or installation work.
Examination of structures, building systems and the interaction of technical design solutions.
Product quality, technical condition, operability and repairability.
Joint analysis of software, digital data and the device.
Cause of the event, condition of structures, finishes and property, and the extent of restoration.
Review of the expert panel's composition, allocation of studies, methodology and substantiation of conclusions.
We examine the dispute, questions, documents and existing reports.
We allocate questions by field and identify the specialists required.
We conduct site visits, measurements, document analysis and, where necessary, testing.
Each specialist states the results within their own competence, after which a joint conclusion is coordinated.
Conducted on the basis of a court ruling or decision. Participation, the expert team, time frame and cost are determined after reviewing the questions and case materials.
Conducted for a claim, negotiations, preparation of a position, assessment of a dispute's prospects or a future motion to appoint an expert examination.
A multidisciplinary format is determined by the need for specialist knowledge from different fields, rather than the number of pages or questions.
The final cost depends on the number of fields, volume of materials, number of objects, site visits, measurements and laboratory tests.

Organisation of studies at the intersection of construction, goods examination, technical disciplines and information technology.
Higher education in construction, goods examination and information technology, with additional professional training in expert examination fields.
Task analysis, allocation of questions, identification of the specialists required and coordination of the study sections.
Each specialist is responsible only for conclusions within their own competence. Additional experts and laboratories are involved where actually needed.
When interrelated questions require specialist knowledge from different fields. For example, establishing material quality, compliance with installation methods and the influence of a building system's operation at the same time.
The exact cost is determined after reviewing the questions, materials, number of objects and the need for site visits, measurements and tests.
A multidisciplinary court-appointed examination is expected to involve experts from different specialties. The team for a pretrial study is determined by the actual task.
Whether a study can proceed without inspection depends on the questions and the sufficiency of the materials. Conclusions about an object's current condition usually require inspection.
Yes. Materials can first be sent remotely. Site visits to the Leningrad Region and other regions are agreed separately.
A shared plan of the object is useful for a multidisciplinary inspection: rooms, equipment, products and damaged areas should use the same identifiers throughout the materials. This ensures that the construction description, photographs of items and measurement results refer to the same point or object, rather than similar objects under different names.
First, list the circumstances that need to be established. For water damage, these may include the source and path of water ingress, the condition of finishes, damage to property and the restoration measures needed. These tasks are interrelated, but each requires its own set of observations and documents.
For each area already altered, specify exactly what remains of its original condition. Separately state whether access to adjacent rooms and concealed components is possible. This helps plan the inspection and distinguish what was directly observed from information obtained through documents.
If signs depend on outdoor temperature, precipitation or heating conditions, keep a record of when they appeared and any available records of those conditions. The mere recurrence of a defect at a particular time does not establish its cause: the information must be compared with the condition of the structures and systems.
In an emergency, first ensure safety and limit damage. If necessary repairs have already changed the original condition, the description of those actions becomes part of the study materials.
We will first determine whether a multidisciplinary approach is needed and which fields it should include.
